  • ORCA Online Training (free)
  • Police Check for Vulnerable Sector (reimbursed after probation)
  • 2 Step TB test
  • Annual Influenza, Hep B & Childhood immunizations and boosters
  • CPR is preferred

If you enjoy working with seniors and are a great team player who is able to work various shifts, including some weekends. Our Benefit Plan is available to full time positions. We provide opportunities for training and career advancement.

PSW/UCP

  • Casual care staff needed leading to regular part time/full time 
  • To provide care and assistance to residents
  • To provide socialization and companionship to residents
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • PSW Certification. Or experience in the field of care
  • Kind, caring, flexible and adaptable
  • Must be available for all shifts including holidays and weekends

RPN/WELLNESS NURSE

  • Casual RPN needed, leading to regular Part Time/Full Time
  • Assists residents in managing their health and independence
  • Medication administration and ongoing health assessments
  • Communicating with family members
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • RPN in good standing with Ont. College of Nurses
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Must be available for all shifts including holidays and weekends

COOK

  • Part Time
  • Days, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays with availability to cover other shifts as required

Qualifications:

  • Experience with quantity food preparation
  • Familiar with Canada Food Guide and therapeutic diet preparation
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and tolerate extended periods of standing/walking
  • Must be free of communicable diseases
  • Must be able to work within a set budget
  • Must be able to direct support staff
  • Must enjoy working with Seniors
  • Must have an outgoing, friendly and positive personality

ACTIVITIES ASSISTANT

  • Part Time
  • Evenings, Weekends and Holidays with availability to cover other shifts as required
  • Set up and facilitate activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Seniors Activites a plus, training available
  • Must enjoy working with Seniors
  • Must have an outgoing, friendly and positive personality
  • Must be patient and considerate
  • Use of a vehicle is an asset
